Office hours
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm. Please note there may be times when staff are off-site, and the office is closed.
The office is located upstairs on the left as you enter through the main doors.

Parking
The venue does not have a dedicated parking area. Public parking is available:

Along the roadside

In the public car park opposite the venue on Aorangi Street
Public bus stops are located nearby.
Loading zones are available at both the front and rear of the venue.
Accessibility
The main entrance on Aorangi Street is mobility accessible.
Access to the Cedar Room is via stairs only. Due to the age of the building, there is no elevator.
Mobility parking spaces are available on the roadside and in the public car park opposite the venue.
Hearing impaired
The venue is equipped with an Auracast hearing loop system, which can connect to compatible hearing devices.
If required 10 headsets are also available for use.
Earthquake-Prone Building Notice
The Feilding Civic Centre is currently classified as an earthquake-prone building by the Manawatu District Council.
The required orange and black notice is displayed at the main entrances on Aorangi Street and Stafford Street.
The building owner (Manawatu District Council) has been allocated a set timeframe to complete the required strengthening work.
